The Kenneth Green group are well known perfume distributors who also produce well known brands such as Kenzo, Issey Miyake and Jean Paul Gaultier but to name a few. Look after your skin -fact!

Always use a sun cream with sun protection factor of 20 or higher  and that has both uva and uvb protection.  Apply in all weathers!

Apply sunscreen at least 20 minutes before sun exposure

Try using the fantastic new Quiksilver sunscreen that won’t drip into your eyes in the sea.  Don’t be forgetting to wear this season’s supersuede Quiksilver boardshorts, part of the Quiksilver clothing range.

Remember the sun’s rays are the strongest between 10am - 4pm.  Cover up and wear the coolest Roxy and Quiksilver sunnies.

Get that beach fit body

Get down to the gym at least three times a week.  You need to be doing 30 mins on the weights and 15 mins cardio, or be out there running and power walking holding some weights.

Eat three good healthy meals a day.  Go for a big breakfast and less carbs in the evening.  Load up on all your fuit and veg.

Try and avoid fast foods like pizza and curry.

Burn fat and increase your muscle tissue - all cardio exercising will burn fat fast.

Go surfing!  It’s a great way to tone up, burn calories and work your muscles and of course it is loadsa fun.
